Recent Photos

Since Ryan has apparently given up on his blog I decided to take over for at least today and update with some photos. We are having a great summer and have spent lots of time with friends and family. We are enjoying our last few weeks in Hampstead before we move to our new home in Towson. Natalie became a full-fledged "toddler" this week and seems to be on the go non-stop unless she's asleep. :) Here's a peek at what we've been doing:

Picking Strawberries

Natalie loves strawberries. We went to Baugher's Orchard to pick strawberries today and she had a fantastic time. She was a little unsure at first but once she realized what we were doing she was more than enthusiastic. We couldn't stop her from eating strawberries. She even figured out how to pick them herself. And I did get the stains out of that white shirt!

Tulip Garden

We have been terrible about keeping up with our blog.

Back in April, Michelle's parents made the trip down from New York, so we decided to go to the tulip garden with my parents. Its pretty crazy how much Natalie has changed since our last trip there (Click here to see the pictures from last year)

More Fun in the Snow

Its snowing like crazy outside, so I thought I would post some pictures of Natalie playing in the snow last Sunday. This new sled that Grandmom picked out for Natalie is much better than our other one. There is a seat to help her sit up and the sides keep her from tumbling out.

HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY!

Its hard to believe, but Natalie celebrated her first birthday last Saturday. Where does the time go? We had a fantastic party at Grandmom and Granddad's house and Nana, Aunt Tricia, Aunt Elizabeth, Aunt Janmarie, Aunt Annalouise, Uncle Thomas, Uncle James, cousin Praetorian, and lots of other friends and family were able to come to town. Three or four inches of snow made it a little difficult for some of our guests to make it to the party (we were supposed to get less than an inch of snow), but everyone seemed to have a great time. Michelle picked out a giant cupcake shaped cake (we only just finished eating it) and Natalie loved her smash-cake. It wasn't quite as messy as we thought it would be. Of course she loved sharing her cake with Daddy.

Wagon Ride

Since it was a relatively "nice" day on Saturday, we finally got to take Natalie for a ride in her new wagon. As you can see from the photos she loved it! Ally was pretty excited about it too. :)

Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve we went to Aunt Patricia's church in Berkeley Springs, WV. It was a small service but a great celebration! I was especially excited because Natalie FINALLY got to wear her adorable Christmas outfit. :)

First "Real" Snow

Now that we live in Maryland, Natalie has experienced two "real" snowfalls. She enjoyed "playing" until she fell and got wet and cold. The second time she went sledding which she also liked until she fell off face first! Hopefully she won't grow up to hate snow like her Momma!
